• When we arrive on the project a GAP analysis shall be conducted to review scope EPC contractor contract, Plan and procedures including responsibility matrix, turnover workflow, planning schedule.
• Verify contractor workmethod statement pre-commissioning activities for piping cleaning, motor solo run, lube oil flushing, furnace dry out, leak test, looptest, ESD, conduct unit P&ID readiness walkdowns. 
• Review commissioning and startup method statements
• Plant readines verification to guide contractor and subcontractors to achieve early rather then late startup.
