Commissioning & Startup Team

We provide experienced project resources for CSU turnover management and supervision to support owner operations in acceptance and unit readiness for startup.

Preparation, execution supervision of pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup/operations activities up to performance test and optimization.

On projects clients have requested an integrated approach to support the project team with a commissioning and startup team to handover the process units plants to operations.

• Plan and procedures, organisation chart, commissioning and startup planning review.
• HSE Safety plan and procedures applicable for commissioning stage (SIMOPS).
• Review project scope and assesment of EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) stakeholders (subcontractors/vendors/packeged units) interest and contractual pre-commissioning and commissioning turnover responsibilities (Responsibility Matrix).
• P&ID review and systemization of the several process systems and utilities.
• Provide procedures, workpackages, sign off checksheets.
• Workflow methodolgy setup using completions management software.
